We're using the Teams webhook for notifications, often when reviewing these, we find that we want it to show the risk and category applied at the time in which the block occurred so we can more quickly take appropriate action

For domains that need categorization, re-categorization, risk score application or re-assessment of risk score, have an option that allows us to from that page submit a request for that with notes instead of having to create tickets every time. Most of the stuff we submit for recategorization is for no risk score and no category applied.
