I disagree with the choice to restrict administrative audit logging to only customers without any CLASSIC licensing at all. The storage for administrative actions is not likely to be large and the feature should be part of the baseline administrative panel (in fact it should be tracked at the partner level for all partner-level actions regardless of customer), but I am glad to see it's at least available someday if we spend a ton more rather than not at all.
