1."Primary Domain Name": This appears to be the only place to enter a company's domain name without having to tie it to A/D.
1a. There is no option to edit or change the domain name when you edit an existing company record.
1b. We cannot add more than one domain name in the field like you can on the A/D integration menu item.
1c.Consider adding how to change the domain name in the description field - both for documentation purposes and for A/D integration.
2."Billing Model": there should be an explanation of every option is either in the description or via a help button.
3."Initial Subscription": there should be a help button that shows the difference between all the options. Display the comparison chart or just the differences in the chart.
4."Initial Subscription Status": If we cannot change the trial period, mention that the trial is 30-days in the description.
4a. Can we have the trial extended, if necessary?
5."Security Level": consider changing the title to "Security Level or Public Template".
5a. Add verbiage to the description where to find the Public Template.
5b. If we select a Public Template, fill in "Message Template" with our selection.
