Here is the issue I am having with your product:

I'm on the pricing page. I can't find clear, simple (non-technical) descriptions of what the purpose is of every option or what the reason behind it is. For example/suggestion:

Secure DNS Filter:

Purpose: helps block the user from accessing a malicious webpage

Reason: a malicious webpage may have been created to look like a valid banking, eBay, financial website in order to obtain your credentials in order to steal your identity or finances. These sites are usually sent to a user through an embedded link in an email or text message.

Examples:

Without it: a user would see a site that looked like a valid financial site. Any information that they enter would end up being stolen and probably resold multiple times on the Dark Web; let it be their financial credentials or credit card information.

With this protection: when accessing the site, an alert window would be displayed, preventing the user from accessing the site.

End user documentation:

Consider having a printed or editable check-off sheet that we can use with customers that use the above information which would help us determine which product to use.

It would also educate the user, as well as us.
