Manual recategorization of a website per Customer.

I would like to be able to manually override the Defensx category of specific websites. Ex. club609.com is a restaurant/bar. It is categorized under alcohol, which is correct. However, it is a restaurant 80% of the day. I need to be able to allow this website as a restaurant (or other allowed category) while still blocking the Alcohol category. Currently I am only able to add this to a custom allow group that is set to allow. This bypasses my ability to continue filtering. I would like to categorize this website as a restaurant for just one customer and have the restaurant category set to no act. This would allow club609.com to still be blocked in the event of it getting a higher risk score.

I agree, though I think this could be even more broad - have an option to allow a given website under current conditions - if the risk category changes, or it's adding to a blocked category, I want it blocked.
For example, we've had to allow certain vendor domains in the past. In one case, that vendor abandoned the domain without notice and it was picked up and used maliciously, targeting many that had used that vendor. Allow-listing doesn't protect against this kind of threat, but "allow if nothing else changes" would cover this threat, and many other types of scenarios like the original poster's.
