Asking for a change to the user requests. When a user requests access to a miscategorized site, there needs to be a temporary approval of the website while it is being categorized. The URL then needs to be automatically removed from the temporary approval once the site is properly categorized and the normal workflow can take over. This will allow sites to be blocked in the event of a compromise.
