Allow us to define the home page. Since we can assign favorites, why not define the home page?

Would like the ability to provide a report based on this data to show which user is using which domain to access other apps (dropbox, Gmail, etc)

I added duplicate URLs in Custom URL Groups and even mistyped some. It would be handy if there was a section on the Custom URL Groups screen that had two tabs that listed: Duplicate URLs (along with what groups they are in) and List All URLs (in sorted order). Both tabs would look similar to the URL Reports.

When you view or export DNS logs for any query that was sent to a AnyCast resolver because the agent was not installed or running, you cannot determine from the logs what the source deployment was for a specific log entry. We add the public IPs for each site to a deployment, the logs should detail which deployment/public IP a particular log entry was sourced from and not just list "Anycast Cloud DNS" as the source.

We have a handful of clients who end up needing to access devices inside the network by IP address. In some of the larger environments the list can get kind of long and its not always easy to know what each IP on the list actually is. It would be really helpful to be able to add a comment to each record in a custom URL group as to why it is being allowed or blocked, for when the reasoning is not obvious.

We have multiple firewalls and such that we have added to our allowed URL list and would like a way to rename/add a note to the corresponding IP addresses for better "bookkeeping" purposes. That way when we are auditing our allowed list, we can easily see what the IP addresses are associated with.

It would be useful, if you could "dismiss" the on-screen alert of this type. In my scenario, I received the alert and I worked with the customer to make sure everything is OK. I do want to keep receiving these type of alerts, but since I already "worked it" I want the option to not see it anymore. I do want to keep receiving these and it is ok if they are shown, but I also want the ability to "turn it off", possibly for each individual alert.

Ability to have a central place to look at and resolve all user requests.

When a user sends a request for some file transfers, the URL does not match the Link URL. It would be beneficial if the Link URL was included in the user request.

When filtering logs for exports, it would be great to have the ability to either pick multiple Score values (e.g. "Medium", and "High") or to "filter out" a score (e.g. "all scores except "Low"). Another way would be to have the Score available within the exported logs. Thank you!
